I saw where my case has been marked resolved but I still have the issue of error message of a paper jam and there isn’t a paper jam. I am waiting for you guys to send me a box to ship it back to you for an exchanged printer. My customer service number is Edited. I do have a shipping label printed and I’m waiting on the box I ask for.

We checked the order and found its ground shipment, and you have to arrange a box and send the box to us.
